As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise students during lessons when their regular teacher is absent, ensuring a productive learning environment. • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain student engagement. • Support students in completing work set by the teacher and encourage participation. • Provide additional support to individuals or small groups where required. • Report any issues or feedback to the relevant school staff.
