Cover Supervisor

We are currently working with a number of secondary schools in Northampton seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support with day-to-day and long-term cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to work within a school environment.

🎯 The Role:

* Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher

* Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students stay on task

* Managing classroom behaviour effectively

* Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons

* Supporting a positive and productive learning environment

👤 What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)

* Confident managing groups and leading a classroom

* Strong communication and behaviour management skills

* A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
