Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term or long-term absence of teachers Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment Support students in their studies and maintain a focused atmosphere Manage behaviour in line with school policies Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operationsRequirements: Minimum of a degree; degree in education or related field is a plus Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to adapt to different subjects and classroom settings Previous experience working with students is advantageous A passion for contributing to the educational development of young mindsWhy Join Us?
