We are currently recruiting for a long-term, full-time Supply Teacher to work in a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting and inspiring the next generation. Who Is This Role Perfect For? This role is ideal for: Experienced Teaching Assistants (TA’s) Learning Support Assistants (LSA’s) Youth Workers & Support Workers Individuals with holiday club, summer camp or sports club experience Aspiring teachers seeking hands-on classroom experience before teacher training If you are confident working with young people aged 11–16 and can build positive relationships quickly, we would love to hear from you. The Role Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects across KS3 & KS4 Support pupils with their learning and engagement Manage classroom behaviour effectively Provide encouragement and motivation to students Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff This is a long-term placement, offering stability and the opportunity to become part of the school community. ✅ Requirements Experience working with young people (school or youth setting) Strong communication and classroom management skills A proactive, flexible and positive attitude Enhanced DBS certificate (must have or be willing to apply for one) Right to work in the UK What’s On Offer?
