CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall

CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall Danny Sullivan Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall to work on a long-term construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. This is a secure site, therefore all candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ continuous employment history to meet site access requirements. The Role as a CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall: * Banking and guiding plant and vehicle movements on site * Managing site traffic flow to ensure safety of operatives and visitors * Coordinating deliveries and ensuring safe entry/exit procedures * Maintaining clear communication with plant operators and site teams * Ensuring all vehicle movements comply with site Health & Safety regulations * Monitoring pedestrian walkways and segregating traffic where required * Reporting any hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices * Assisting with general site duties when required Requirements as a CPCS A73 Traffic Marshall: * Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal Card (essential) * Previous experience in a Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman role * Minimum 3 years’ employment history required (essential for RAF base access) * Strong understanding of construction site safety and traffic management * Good communication skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team What’s on Offer * Competitive hourly rate (PAYE) * Overtime rate uplift after 39 hours per week * Weekly pay * Ongoing, long-term work * Opportunity with a leading UK contractor This role is ideal for a dependable CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshall who is confident managing busy site traffic and maintaining a safe working environment.
