CQC Dental Practice Registered Manager

Dental Practice Operations & CQC Registered Manager Full Time (42.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:30pm) £38,000–£45,000 DOE Start ASAP We are seeking an experienced Practice Operations & CQC Registered Manager to oversee the smooth running of busy Dental Practice. Key Responsibilities: Act as CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance (Dental Compliance) Oversee CQC, GDC, HSE and NHS standards Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, rotas, appraisals and DBS checks Lead Reception, Nursing and Hygiene teams Oversee NHS contracts, claims and patient complaints Ensure facilities, IT systems and equipment are maintained Requirements: Essential: Dental practice management experience Minimum 5 years’ management experience Strong compliance and HR knowledge CareStream R4 preferred Must live locally and be able to drive Enhanced DBS required An excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised leader ready to take ownership of a growing practice
