Our client, a well-established and growing care provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their services. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and effective team management. Package: * Competitive salary package starting at £40k per annum * Discretionary annual bonus scheme * Paid mileage and travel * Manager away days and company events * Ongoing training and leadership development * Supportive senior leadership team * Opportunity to lead and shape a valued service * Career progression within a growing provider Responsibilities: * Managing the daily operations of the service * Ensuring CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met * Leading, supporting and developing the staff team * Overseeing recruitment, induction and staff rotas * Conducting quality audits and service improvement plans * Managing incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns * Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation * Building strong relationships with service users, families and commissioners Requirements: * Experience as a Registered Manager or Senior Manager in social care * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding * Relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards) * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to drive quality improvements and service performance * Full UK driving license and own transport Interested?
