Credit Controller

About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll join a supportive team of three Credit Controllers working together to maintain a healthy cash position for the business. Your focus will be on ensuring customers pay on time, keeping accounts accurate and up to date, and helping to drive down aged debt. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Customer Experience and Operations, as well as directly with customers, to resolve queries and keep accounts clean. This role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to shape improvements within the credit control function.
