CRM & Email Marketing Executive

Cheltenham | Full Time or Part Time | £28,000 to £35,000 pro rata depending on experience i2i Recruitment, a B Corp certified recruitment consultancy based in Cheltenham, is looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to take ownership of our candidate and client database and drive targeted marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, CRM systems and digital marketing, and wants to play a key role in how a growing recruitment business engages with its network. You will manage and optimise our Bullhorn CRM database, create targeted email marketing campaigns, and support the delivery of digital marketing activity across email and social platforms. We are also about to implement SourceBreaker integrated with Bullhorn, giving you powerful tools to build and develop high quality talent pipelines. This role can be full time or part time (for example three days per week) and would suit someone who enjoys combining data management, marketing and technology to drive engagement and support business growth. The Role * Managing and maintaining the Bullhorn CRM database, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and segmentation * Creating and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients * Building segmented mailing lists to support recruitment campaigns and live job opportunities * Supporting recruiters in marketing candidates and roles to relevant talent pools * Monitoring campaign performance including open rates, engagement and conversions * Supporting social media marketing activity, particularly LinkedIn campaigns * Working closely with consultants to promote live jobs and candidate availability * Ensuring GDPR compliance across CRM marketing activity * Supporting the integration and utilisation of SourceBreaker within Bullhorn About You * Experience working with a CRM system such as Bullhorn or similar platforms * Experience creating or managing email marketing campaigns * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organise data effectively * Comfortable analysing campaign performance and engagement metrics * Confident working with multiple stakeholders across a business * Strong organisational and communication skills Desirable Experience * Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition * Knowledge of Bullhorn CRM * Experience with LinkedIn marketing or digital marketing campaigns * Experience using sourcing tools such as SourceBreaker What’s in it for you * Salary between £28,000 and £35,000 pro rata depending on experience * Flexible working options including part time (around three days per week) * Opportunity to shape CRM and marketing activity within a growing recruitment business * Work with modern recruitment technology including Bullhorn and SourceBreaker * Join a supportive and collaborative team environment * Be part of a B Corp certified business committed to responsible and sustainable growth Location- Cheltenham - Office based with flexibility depending on working pattern Interested?
