We are supporting the search for a Digital Channel & CRM Manager to join an established global organisation within the automotive sector. This role sits within the Group Marketing function at their Coventry based commercial hub.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of digital channels, delivering customer experiences while supporting the achievement of wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and execution of the global .com strategy

* Define and champion a strong vision for website customer experience (CX)

* Build, optimise, and continuously develop the website in collaboration with key stakeholders

* Manage and operate the content management system (CMS)

* Analyse user data to generate insights and drive personalised experiences

* Create high-quality, SEO-optimised pages across multiple languages

* Own website performance against defined business objectives

* Manage the CRM system and deliver targeted communication campaigns to customers and prospects

* Regularly analyse performance data using platforms such as Looker Studio (Google) and Salesforce

* Produce consistent reporting on performance and insights

* Manage external agencies and oversee associated budgets

Essential:

* Proven experience across digital content, CRM, project management, publishing, and distribution

* Experience working within the automotive industry

* Strong proficiency with CMS platforms and digital publishing tools

* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

* Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation

* Appreciation for UX and UI design principles

* Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance
