The purpose of this role is to strengthen the relationship between the University and its prospective students through the effective use of CRM and digital media Client Details Prestigious university in London Description 1. CRM & Data Management Use CRM systems to deliver targeted, timely communications. Support enquiry collection across events and digital channels. Manage data imports and ensure compliance with data protection policies.2. Communications & Campaigns Support delivery of campaigns to engage prospective students. Build and manage CRM communications and automations. Create high-quality, on-brand email templates. Help develop communications for key audiences (students, parents, teachers).3. Analysis & Reporting Monitor campaign effectiveness using CRM tools, Power BI, and Excel. Use data insights to improve processes and communications. Benchmark CRM performance against competitors. Support data analysis, reporting, and dataset management.Profile CRM systems: Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (incl. Microsoft Dynamics). Data analysis: Handling large datasets using Excel/Power BI. Project management: Managing priorities to meet deadlines and targets. HTML: Writing/editing code for email communications. Higher Education: Experience working in HE. Job Offer 2 days a week in the office Central London location Day rate Reporting into the Senior CRM Officer
