Cruise Sales Consultant required by an ambitious tour operator who are embarking on an exciting period of growth and developing further into the lucrative and diverse product sector of cruise. They are looking for an individual who has passion for cruise whether that is Luxurious Ocean Voyages, Expeditions to the Polar Regions or more Specialist Journeys.

Cruise Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Build and manage your own portfolio of clients

Create bespoke cruise itineraries with premium, personalised enhancements

Guide clients through the full booking journey from start to finish

Deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and repeat travel

Promote exclusive benefits and client events

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and destinations

Cruise Sales Consultant Experience and Skills:

Experience selling cruise product

Thorough knowledge of diverse cruise product

Strong listener and ability to transform ideas into a dream tailormade experience

Exceptional communication skills

Commercial thinker and high level of sales drive

Cruise Sales Consultant Additional Information:

Salary 33K-36K plus commission

Hybrid working (2days in the London Office, 3 from home)
