CSCS Cleaner

Job Title: Site Cleaner (Construction Welfare) Location: Digbeth, Birmingham Start Date: 27/03/2026 Hours: 1 day per week (Fridays) – 8:00am to 4:00pm (8.5 hours with 30-minute break) The Opportunity We are looking for a reliable Site Cleaner to support a live construction project based in Digbeth. The site is newly set up, and we require cleaning support within welfare facilities to maintain a safe and tidy working environment. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities (offices, canteens, toilets, drying rooms) Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Managing waste and keeping welfare areas tidy Reporting any issues or maintenance requirements Working Arrangements Initially 1 day per week (Fridays) Potential to increase to additional shifts (up to 3 half-days) depending on site needs Requirements Previous cleaning experience (construction site experience desirable) Reliable and punctual Good attention to detail Important Information Cleaning will be limited to welfare/green route areas Access to main site work areas is not permitted unless holding a valid CSCS card All cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE will be provided How to Apply Please apply with your availability and day rate.
