CSCS Groundworker
CSCS Groundworker Danny Sullivan Group are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CSCS Groundworker to join a busy construction project based on RAF Brize Norton in Carterton. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a well-established and secure site. Due to the nature of the site, candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ employment history to meet security clearance requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring groundwork activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities as a Groundworker: * Carrying out general groundworks and site preparation * Assisting with drainage and trench work * Operating basic hand tools and assisting plant operators * Laying kerbs, slabs, and other groundwork materials * Ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised * Following all site Health & Safety procedures * Working closely with site supervisors and other trades * Assisting with loading, unloading, and movement of materials Requirements as a Groundworker: * Valid CSCS Card (essential) * Previous groundworks experience preferred * Must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ employment history (essential for RAF base access) * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Strong understanding of construction site safety * Good reliability and timekeeping What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (PAYE) * Overtime rate uplift after 39 hours per week * Weekly pay * Ongoing, long-term work * Opportunity with a leading UK contractor This role is ideal for a dependable Groundworker who is confident carrying out a range of groundwork duties and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment on site.
