CSCS Groundworker
Teamforce are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a busy site team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor on a range of civil engineering and construction projects. Role Overview As a Groundworker, you will be involved in all aspects of groundworks, with a key focus on troughing installation. You will support site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Additional plant tickets such as dumper, roller, or slinger/signaller are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Installation of troughing routes including excavation, laying, and reinstatement General groundworks including drainage, ducting, kerbing, and concreting Assisting plant operators and working around machinery safely Following site drawings, plans, and specifications Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Adhering to all health & safety regulationsRequirements Valid CSCS card (essential) Proven experience in groundworks, including troughing installation Dumper, Roller, or Slinger/Signaller ticket (advantageous) Experience in rail or utilities environments (preferred) Good understanding of site safety and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude Equal Opportunities Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer.
