CTC Cleared Electrician

Planned & Reactive Electrician 📍 Stradishall 🕒 Full-Time | Temporary (6-Month Contract) We are seeking a skilled and reliable Planned & Reactive Electrician to join a facilities maintenance team based in Stradishall. This is a varied and rewarding role combining planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with reactive repairs within a secure custodial environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and continuous operation of electrical systems across the site. 🔧 The Role Duties will include: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment * Responding promptly to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns * Maintenance of lighting systems (internal & external) * Emergency lighting systems * Fire alarm interfaces * Power distribution systems * Access control systems * Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) * Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety standards * Completing all required documentation accurately * Working safely at all times within a secure custodial environment ✅ Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) – desirable * Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance * Strong fault-finding skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills * Must be eligible for enhanced security clearance Experience within prisons, MOD, healthcare, or other high-security environments is advantageous but not essential. 💼 What’s On Offer * 6-Month Contract * Full-Time Hours * Varied and secure working environment 📩 To Apply: Please apply with your CV or contact Harvey @ ITS M&E on (phone number removed) for more information
