Customer Appointment Agent
Duties:
Contact customers to arrange appointments across Essex and Suffolk
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, providing a professional and friendly service
Operate and manage our customer appointment booking system
Provide customers with clear information before and after their appointments
Coordinate appointments and access visits with planning and operational team
Resolve customer queries, access issues and appointment changes efficiently
Handle customer concerns and escalations with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and operational systems
Support customer engagement campaigns and communication initiatives
Contribute to achieving customer service and performance targetsBenefits:

ParkingExperience required:
A car driver is essential due to the office location
Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
Experience in utilities, housing or metering experience is advantageous
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
Good understanding of GDPR and handling confidential information
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
