Customer Care Coordinator

Chris Main Limited is an independent Recruiter who has resourced for the House building sector for over 20 years. My client is a national PLC house builder who operates in the Leeds area. The Head of Customer Care is searching for an experienced Customer Care Co-ordinator to join the expanding team. Its essential that you have worked in a Customer Service role previously with a Construction business and have a sound appreciation of the building industry. You will co-ordinate defects and repairs - post handover to the customer, be agile in dealing with complaints whilst protecting the business risks. The salary is up to £27K with a 10% bonus (the bonuses do get paid). This is an office based position in the office near Leeds. LS15
