Customer Sales Consultant Location : Bagshot Salary : £25,865 + OTE (£28,451) Hybrid Options Are Available Need Flexibility to work 1 in 4 Weekends and 5 Evenings Per Month (11.30am – 8pm) My client who are based in Bagshot are seeking a new Customer Service Consultant to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got a strong telephone manner and someone who enjoys working towards targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Customer Service Environment and enjoys working to deadlines and targets. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you'll provide exceptional service and offer a consultative sales approach to meet our customers needs. Daily Duties Answering inbound calls or effectively communicating via live chat Communicate effectively and build relationships with customers Effectively question customers to establish their needs, demonstrating empathy and providing solutions to support them Communicate effectively and build relationships with customers Self-motivated and a good team player What is on offer?
