Customer Service Advisor Up to £24,000 DOE + Bonus Birmingham - 8am to 8pm, Mon-Sun (Rota based) Job Description: MPJ Recruitment are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial motor insurance business specialising in Intervention, Hire and Repair. Led by a highly experienced leadership team with over 40 years' industry expertise, the business continues to expand and is now seeking Customer Service Advisor's to join a team of experienced individual managing repair and hire processes. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities: Manage a varied portfolio of clients/customers across the claims process Handle initial calls and correspondence, confirming whether the policyholder has valid grounds to claim. Collect accurate details and documents needed to progress each claim. Maintain effective diary management and prioritise your call load. Provide clear updates, progress information, and coordination throughout the claim.
