Customer Service Advisor (Part-time)
Warwick, Warwickshire
£13.50 per hour + Excellent Benefits
20–22.5 hours per week

* 2 full days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) plus another day of 5.5 to 7.5 hours

The role of Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and positive experience across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, live chat and online platforms
* Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
* Completing administrative tasks and data entry with a high level of accuracy
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you need:
* Experience in customer service, contact centre, administration or customer support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good Microsoft Office and keyboard skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
* Be able to reliably commute to Warwick and have the Right to Work in UK
