Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Office-based, Barwell Job Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm Temp - Perm Salary: £12.21 Overview We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our busy office team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with customers by phone and email. Key Responsibilities * Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently * Answering calls and responding to customer emails * Supporting invoicing and order administration * Handling customer enquiries and account queries * Monitoring orders and stock availability * General office administration and ad-hoc duties * Supporting the team during holidays and absences Skills & Experience Essential: * Good communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a busy environment * Professional telephone manner * Experience with Outlook, Excel or Sage * Previous office or customer service experience Full training will be provided
