Customer Service Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
* Assist customers with making payments for outstanding fines
* Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment options and processes
* Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where necessary

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable but not essential
