Customer Service Coordinator – Long-Term Assignment (Up to 2 Years) Hereford £13.07 per hour Monday to Friday RE Recruitment are supporting a well-established, friendly business in Hereford who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for a long-term assignment of up to 2 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience to join a busy, fast-paced environment with career stability and ongoing development. The Role You will be a key part of the customer service team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage order fulfilment processes for assigned customers * Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, practical solutions * Prepare orders for entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Confirm pricing and enter approved items onto the system * Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to resolve issues * Handle sales and quality returns, including replacement orders * Communicate updates and order confirmations to customers About You * Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced environment * Previous customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.) This is a long-term role, offering stability for up to 2 years, and is available for immediate start.
