Customer Service Representative Competitive Brighton Full Time Fixed Term Contract – 6 months We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Call Centre team on a 6-month fixed term basis. We can teach you everything you need to know through our engaging training programme. A successful Customer Service Representative in our Call Centre will: * Put the customer at the heart of what you do * Have experience in delivering excellent customer service. * Enjoy working in a fast pace target driven workplace * Be able to problem solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers * Have good communication skills verbally and written * Have the ability to work with various computer systems and take inbound calls You will be responsible for: * Responding accurately to inbound customer queries regarding their OneFamily products * Taking ownership of a customer’s query from start to finish, making sure it’s responded to within the agreed service level * Providing the admin team with clear and correct information to process customer requests * Keep up to date with any changes to products, processes and procedures, to ensure the customer is given the correct and relevant information The Company OneFamily are an award-winning financial services company, providing products and services that help modern families thrive.
