Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM software and update customer information regularly.
* Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth workflow.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and systems.
Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
* Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
* Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently.
* Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software applications quickly.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proven customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions.
* Strong organisational skills coupled with computer literacy and attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, and eager to deliver exceptional support within a busy customer service environment.
