Customer Services Associate - Temporary
ABOUT THE JOB:
You will provide a co-ordinated first class level of customer service to all internal and external customers acting as a central HUB for all stakeholders, through building a good rapport and seeking to find effective solutions. You will be working in a fast paced environment with multiple deadline requirements and regulatory restrictions, where you will be responsible for order capture, monitoring and billing; enquiries and complaints resolution and escalation management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous Experience working in a Customer Service environment
Ability to analyse complex complaints & customer feedback issues
A good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Experience of SAP would be an advantage
This is an ongoing temporary contract paying £14.83 per hour, and is a Hybrid based role after initial training period.
