This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, organised and proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will act as the key link between customers, sales and operations, managing orders, providing updates and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with trade customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
