Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator Location: Blackburn Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Advertised by: Howard James Recruitment Role Overview Howard James Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business for a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, organised and proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will act as the key link between customers, sales and operations, managing orders, providing updates and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with trade customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
