Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year Job Description: Customer Service Advisor North Baddesley, Near Southampton Monday Friday, 9am 5pm £24,000 £25,000 per annum Temporary (7-month contract) with potential to become permanent V3 Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing and hugely successful outdoor brand based near Southampton, who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and dynamic team. This is a temporary position for 7 months, however there is strong potential for the role to become permanent. It would also suit students looking for full-time work over the Easter and Summer period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-loved outdoor brand with beautiful offices, a relaxed environment and a genuinely friendly team culture. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and an interest in outdoor and camping products, this could be the perfect role for you. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the product range, enabling you to confidently support both potential and existing customers with their enquiries. The Role You will be communicating with customers across multiple channels including: Phone WhatsApp Facebook Messenger Instagram DMs Email SMS All enquiries are managed via the Gorgias digital ticketing system. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels via the Gorgias ticketing system Provide clear, helpful and high-quality responses to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently Follow standard processes for returns, exchanges and general customer support Adapt quickly to new processes and changes within the business Work collaboratively with the team to maintain and improve the company's 4.7 Excellent Trustpilot rating Ideal Candidate We are looking for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about the outdoors and enjoy helping others. You will be detail-oriented, process-driven and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You will ideally have experience in: Delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels Working towards KPIs and CSAT targets Using customer service or ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk (experience with Gorgias would be an advantage) This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing brand with a strong reputation and supportive team culture.
