Apply NowOur client is looking to recruit a Cut & Crease Operator for a PERMANENT position for their site in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for the setting and operating of Bobst Cut & Crease machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain Bobst and other die-cutting machines efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets.
* Maximise machine performance and minimise downtime through proactive fault reporting and collaboration with production and engineering teams.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and to customer specifications.
* Reconcile required vs. produced quantities to meet production demands.
* Conduct quality checks, inspections, and line clearance procedures to uphold product standards.
* Maintain accurate records, meet departmental KPIs, and follow all company procedures.
* Uphold Health & Safety, GMP, and general housekeeping standards in the work area.
* Support the Cut & Crease team and assist with training of colleagues.
* Participate in business-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Take a flexible, team-oriented approach to duties across the department.
Previous experience operating Cut & Crease machines is ESSENTIAL.
Hours of work:
Continental shifts, 36 hours per week with paid breaks.
This is a set shift pattern which will be provided with full job description.
Salary: £37,517 per annum including shift allowance
