What you'll be doing
Defining and delivering the organisation's D365 CE data architecture
Designing scalable data models, integrations, and governance frameworks
Leading data strategy across CRM, reporting, and analytics
Working across Azure to support integrations, data flows, and wider platform capability
Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to enhance data accessibility and automation
Working with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality and accessibility
Supporting a long‑term transformation programme with hands‑on technical leadershipWhat we're looking for
Strong experience as a D365 CE / Dynamics CRM Data Architect
Deep understanding of data modelling, integrations, and CE platform capabilities
Experience working in complex environments with multiple data sources
Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Passion for using technology to support meaningful, mission‑led workWorking pattern
2 days per week onsite in London
