Leading functional design and configuration across D365 CE Sales & Service
Running workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping end‑to‑end processes
Working closely with technical teams to support integrations and solution design
Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance capability
Supporting continuous improvement and user adoption across the organisationWhat we're looking for
Strong experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant
Hands‑on knowledge of Sales & Service modules
Good understanding of Azure and Power Platform components
Ability to translate business needs into scalable CE solutions
Confident working with stakeholders in a collaborative, purpose‑led environmentWorking pattern
2 days per week onsite in London
