Damp & Mould Surveyor

Ref: OR24707 Location: Loughborough (LE11) Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Pay: £20.00 per hour umbrella and 45p per mile mileage available. Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term    Duties To carry out damp and mould surveys specifying all works required and managing works through to completion using in house resources and external contractors. Will be working within a newly developed specialist damp and mould team. Must have relevant experience and knowledge of Awaabs Law and HHSRS. Will be required to take protimeter readings during visits and record humidity levels. Must show clear knowledge of how to identify and diagnose damp and mould issues. Must have access to own vehicle
