Damp and Mould Coordinator
We are seeking an organised, detail‑focused Damp and Mould Coordinator to join a busy Housing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent IT ability and a passion for delivering high‑quality customer service to residents, contractors and internal stakeholders. About the Role As a Partnering Support Officer, you will support multiple workstreams including Reactive Repairs, Disrepair, Damp & Mould, Voids and general housing services. You will manage CRM enquiries, monitor inboxes, update trackers, produce reports and ensure the accuracy of all data recorded. You will also help coordinate appointments, contact residents, and support managers with meetings, agendas and minute‑taking. This is a varied and fast‑paced administrative role where attention to detail, proactive working and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities * Manage CRM enquiries and ensure responses are within SLA * Maintain and update team trackers, ensuring accurate data entry * Produce routine and ad hoc reports to monitor performance * Support appointment booking and liaise with residents and contractors * Prepare letters, correspondence and evidence trails for internal use * Provide administrative support across Reactive Repairs, Disrepair, Damp & Mould and Voids * Track complaints, ensuring correct allocation, escalation and adherence to timescales * Assist managers with agendas, meeting organisation, minutes and action logs * Coordinate documentation for insurance claims and disrepair cases * Monitor budget spend, process quotes and ensure invoices are recorded correctly * Work collaboratively with internal teams, Property Surveyors and contractors * Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures Essential Skills & Experience * Strong administrative background * Excellent customer service skills * Experience working with diverse customer groups * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks * Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, databases, CRM systems) * Experience working with internal/external stakeholders * Ability to work independently and use initiative * Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner Desirable * Experience in social housing, property services or a similar environment * Project support or coordinating experience * Strong letter‑writing and data‑handling ability * Experience analysing statistical information
