Apply NowWe are recruiting a Senior Analyst for a 6‑month fixed‑term role to support our IFS Cloud integration programme. The position contributes across key workstreams, including Data Migration, Labs Integration, CE Portal, Data Lake Integration, and Advanced Forms.
The role provides technical data consultancy to the Head of Data & Analytics and the Business Insight Manager. A core responsibility is leading the Data Migration workstream, managing a team of Data Analysts and overseeing the collection, consolidation, validation, and cleansing of manual data across two source businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Data Migration workstream and oversee day‑to‑day activities of Data Analysts.
Coordinate data collection, consolidation, validation, and cleansing across multiple business units.
Provide technical data consultancy to senior stakeholders.
Support integration activities across Labs, CE Portal, Data Lake, and Advanced Forms workstreams.
Ensure data readiness for IFS Cloud implementation.
Contribute to the development of data processes, documentation, and quality controls.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in data migration within complex programmes.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and working with Data Lake environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor data teams.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with multiple business units and managing competing priorities.
