Our client is seeking a commercially minded Data Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and influencing business decisions.
You’ll play a key role in analysing performance, identifying trends, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
* Use Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling) to manipulate and analyse data.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide insight-driven solutions.
* Present findings in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Support business decision-making through data visualisation and reporting.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
* Strong skills in Advanced Excel (essential).
* Experience with Tableau or Power BI (essential).
* Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desirable
* Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
* Background in [insert industry if relevant].
* Experience working with large or complex datasets.
* Understanding of data warehousing or ETL processes
