Job Description
• Accurately input and process invoices using the company’s ERP system, ensuring all billing is completed promptly.
• Check and confirm job details, pricing, and relevant documentation before raising invoices.
• Keep financial and administrative records up to date and well organised.
• Work closely with internal departments to investigate and resolve any inconsistencies or missing details.
• Provide additional administrative support to the Service team when needed.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Experience in a data entry or administrative position, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling financial information.
• Strong numerical ability and confidence working with figures.
• Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
