Apply NowOur large, well‑established client is looking to recruit a Data Insight Analyst. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within social housing, especially around empty homes or lettings, or those who have strong analytical experience within a property‑related environment. Housing experience is not essential though.
✅ Key Requirements:
-Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non‑data users
-Confident, client‑facing communication style - engaging, clear, and able to explain how insights should be used
--Solid working knowledge of Power BI and Azure Databricks (not necessarily advanced, but well above basic level)
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Based near Waterloo office
-Hybrid working: only 2 days per week required in the office
-35 hours per week
Have the ability to talk to non-data users. Got to be client facing and engaging to explain what they are doing and how to use information. Ideally need to understand how to use NEC housing management system. Don't have to be an advanced user of Power BI and Azure Data Bricks. Strong Stakeholder engagement skills are key
