Job Opportunity: School Data Manager 📍 Mainstream Secondary School We are working in partnership with a thriving mainstream secondary school to recruit an experienced School Data Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled data professional who can play a key role in supporting school improvement through accurate and strategic data management. 🔎 The Role As School Data Manager, you will: * Lead on the management, analysis, and reporting of whole-school data * Maintain and develop the school’s MIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Produce detailed reports for SLT, governors, and external agencies * Oversee census returns and statutory reporting * Support assessment cycles, progress tracking, and performance analysis * Train and support staff in the effective use of data systems ✅ Essential Requirements * Proven experience as a Data Manager within a secondary school setting * Strong working knowledge of ARBOR (essential) * Excellent analytical and organisational skills * Advanced Excel and reporting skills * Understanding of school performance measures and accountability frameworks * Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with senior leaders 💼 What’s on Offer * Supportive leadership team * Opportunity to make a measurable impact on school improvement * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Long-term / permanent opportunity If you are an experienced School Data Manager with expertise in ARBOR and are looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you
