We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious commercial office site in Central London.
The Role:
* Working a continental day shift pattern (6 on / 4 off)
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
* Responsible for the maintenance of landlord building services plant
* Working within plant rooms on electrical and associated mechanical systems
* Ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently within a high-end commercial environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
* Experience working in commercial building services
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
* Experience with plant room equipment and landlord systems preferred
Package:
* Salary up to £48,000
* Continental days shift (great work-life balance)
