Fusion People are looking for a motivated and people-focused Delivery Consultant to join our Bristol office. Working closely with the Lead Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the infrastructure sector, with a strong emphasis on the railway industry.
What you'll be doing
Proactively calling, screening, and registering applicants
Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the process
Writing and posting job adverts
Monitoring timesheets and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
Liaising with candidates regarding training and compliance requirements
Providing general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar delivery, resourcing, or recruitment support role
Proven experience in sourcing and identifying candidates across multiple channels
A resourceful and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Confident telephone manner and solid written communication
A friendly, proactive style that helps build great relationships
