Velanta is a new delivery partner launching in Cardiff, and we're building our driver team from day one. If you're an experienced multi-drop driver who wants good earnings without the costs of running your own van, and a real chance to step up, we'd like to hear from you.
What you get
* £129 – £139 per day + bonus (£774–£930 per week )
* Paid weekly
* Brand-new van provided, with no hire charges
* Fuel and insurance covered, with nothing deducted from your pay
* £100 joining bonus (paid after 4 weeks)
* Bonus for every driver you refer who completes 4 weeks
* Performance bonuses
* Pre-planned routes and full onboarding
* Fast-track to opportunity to Lead Driver with higher earnings
Your day
* 150–180 stops on a pre-planned route typically 9 hours
* Start at our depot in CF10 4RP, with vehicle checks and a briefing
* Work independently, looking after your own route and customers

We're choosing our Lead Drivers from our first group of delivery partners. Reliable, high-performing drivers will move up to support new drivers and help run the Cardiff operation as it grows.

What you'll need
* 6+ months' multi-drop van experience (Amazon, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel or similar)
* Full manual driving licence valid for UK use, held for 1+ year
* Maximum 6 points, no serious driving offences
* Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)
* Right to work in the UK and able to pass background checks
* Available to work weekends on a rota
* Able to get to our depot in for start time
Good to know
This is a self-employed opportunity. You'll invoice for your work and handle your own tax and National Insurance. We're happy to point you towards simple self-assessment guidance if you're new to it.
