Demand Planner West London Food Manufacturing £50,000 - £55,000 Please note: This role is fully office-based with no hybrid or remote working options. If you’re the kind of Demand Planner who doesn’t just update forecasts, but challenges them - this will interest you. I’m hiring for a major UK food manufacturer with a strong portfolio across a variety of categories. Big volumes. Recognisable brands. Serious retail exposure. This isn’t a “keep the spreadsheet ticking” role. You’ll sit at the centre of Commercial, NPD and Supply Chain, owning short, mid and long-term forecasts in a fast-paced, short shelf-life environment. What you’ll be responsible for: Building and refining accurate forecasts using SAP. Adjusting for seasonality, promotions, customer dynamics and supply constraints Analysing demand patterns daily, weekly and monthly Leading forecast conversations within S&OP Modelling promo impact and NPD launches Tracking forecast accuracy, bias and adherence to plan Improving processes, data quality and system utilisation You’ll need: 3+ years in Demand Planning within FMCG (short shelf life is ideal) Strong SAP APO experience Advanced Excel capability (modelling, scenario analysis, data automation) Confidence to challenge Commercial and influence stakeholders Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-variability environment The package is competitive, with strong healthcare benefits, enhanced family policies, pension, life assurance and 33 days holiday (plus purchase scheme).
