This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary plus a share of the service charge. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside a talented, supportive brigade under the guidance of a Michelin-starred Culinary Director, providing an ideal environment to develop your skills, build confidence, and advance your career.
