Deputy Contract Manager Tallinn, Estonia Senior-Level Package (DOE) Full Relocation Package A major international infrastructure contractor is looking for a Deputy Contract Manager to support delivery of a large-scale railway project (EUR 100M+), delivered under FIDIC. The Role You will lead a multidisciplinary section team, manage budget and contract performance, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate across all disciplines. Key Responsibilities Manage production and multidisciplinary teams Oversee contract delivery, cost & schedule Budget planning & financial reporting Subcontractor negotiation & performance monitoring Risk register management Client & stakeholder coordination Ensure HSE compliance Requirements 5+ years managerial experience on major infrastructure/railway projects Experience on €100M+ FIDIC contracts Construction licence/professional authorisation Strong budget management experience English B2+ Willingness to relocate to Estonia Strong leadership & negotiation skills Package (Relocation, housing allowance, company car, insurance, language course, family relocation support.) ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
