Role & Responsibilities As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will: Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery. Ensure high-quality care and education in line with statutory requirements and nursery policies. Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners, supporting their development and performance. Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff. Requirements Experience working in early years settings. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
