Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential | £40k
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Senior or existing Deputy to step into a leadership role within a supportive and well-structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day running of the home
* Lead shifts and oversee staff performance
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care
* Support care planning, risk assessments and reviews
* Assist with staff supervision, rotas, and training
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations
Requirements:
* Experience within a children’s residential home
* Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (essential)
* Experience in a supervisory / senior / deputy role
* Strong safeguarding knowledge
* Ability to lead shifts and manage staff
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
