🕒 60% shifts; 7am - 10pm and 40% of admin; 9am - 5pm

An ambitious, values-led provider is building therapeutic, love-led homes and already achieving strong Ofsted outcomes. They have 2 homes in Basingstoke and are looking for 2 high-calibre Deputy Managers to assist the Registered Managers. Whether you are looking to take a step up from Team Leader/Deputy Manager, or a step down from Registered Manager for some time, I would love to speak with you.

3-bed homes with stable teams
Children aged 5–18 (SEMH, trauma, complex needs)
Strong focus on maintaining family relationships

✅ What you need

• 🎓 Level 5 (or working towards)
• 📊 2+ years as Deputy or very strong experience working as a Childrens Home Team Leader looking to take a step up.
• 🧠 Strong SEMH + trauma understanding
