Deputy Manager - Complex Care

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Deputy Manager to work with individuals with complex needs? Responsibilities of the role: * To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations * Assist with individual referrals * Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis * Ability to work 2 weekends per month * Assist with management of staff Requirements: * Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable * NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5 * Excellent communication skills * Team player * Good organisational skills * Drivers license * Must be on call one weekend per month Our client offers use of company vehicle during shifts, 28 days holiday, social events and career development/training
