We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join an established organisation and lead alongside the management team within a settled 3-bed EBD children's residential home.
The home supports children and young people aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
You will benefit from strong support from the Managers and Directors, alongside an in-house Learning & Development team committed to investing in your professional growth.

* Salary of £32,000–£35,000.
* Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working pattern.

🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Recent experience as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification preferred.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A flexible, hands-on approach to supporting children, staff and the Registered Manager.
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the children and the service.
